Community Title

A title structure for housing estates with shared amenities like roads, parks or pools.

Community title is used for housing estates where residents share private roads, parkland, recreation facilities or other amenities. Each lot owner has freehold title to their land but is also a member of a Community Association that manages and pays for the shared assets. Common in master-planned communities, gated estates and large residential developments.
