This is the safe default for most people and our overall pick. The Sportneer adjustable pair has more than 20,000 ratings, a scale of real world use none of the other picks come close to. What makes it the smart buy…Which one should you buy?
For most people the Sportneer Adjustable Ankle Weights are the ones to buy, they are the best selling ankle weights here by an enormous margin, an adjustable pair with five removable one pound sandbags per cuff so each ankle runs from one to five pounds and the pair from two to ten, which means one purchase grows with you instead of being outgrown, and that is why they are our pick. If you want the cheapest way in, the Yes4All Neoprene Ankle Weights are a simple fixed weight cuff with adjustable velcro and a D ring. The PROIRON Fixed Ankle Weights are a tidy iron sand fixed pair with reflective trim and rank number one in the category. The PROIRON Adjustable Ankle Weights are a smaller volume PU leather adjustable system. For a low bulk silicone bangle the Gaiam Ankle Weights suit yoga and daily wear, and the aspirational pick is the iconic Bala Bangles, comfortable hands free resistance with a design you will not want to hide.
