Compare the top 3 weight benches in Australia 2026

For most home gyms the FitGoods Adjustable Weight Bench is the smart place to start, because a foldable FID bench with 9 backrest positions covers flat, incline and decline work, folds away to save space and costs under 100 dollars, though its review base is smaller at around 90 ratings, so there is less long term feedback than the bigger sellers carry. Step up to the Gymenist if you want a fold flat bench that needs no assembly at all, the JOROTO MD80 if you want a genuinely heavy duty FID bench with a 1,000 lb rated capacity for loaded barbell work, or the FLYBIRD if you specifically want a rock solid flat only bench for pressing rather than an adjustable one. The REP AB-3000 is a serious commercial grade FID bench with eight back pad angles and laser cut numbering, it is genuinely excellent, but it is overkill for most home lifters and the price jump is enormous. The standout for value, though, is the YOLEO: an ASTM-certified bench with 84 position combinations and by far the largest happy review base here.
