Its listing calls it "A professional starter and repair fertiliser", adds kelp for biostimulant activity, says it is designed to be applied to the foliage or leaf of the turf, and calls it suitable for all grass types and ideal for establishing seeds or performing turf repairs.

The description explains what it is for. It says Launch+ is "specially formulated for the start of the growing season, lawns under repair from stress or injury and establishing a new lawn", and that "This is a professional starter and repair fertiliser". That makes it a starter and repair product, not a season long feed: the listing does not describe it as one, so plan a separate regular feed for the rest of the year. The description gives one nutrient figure. It calls phosphorus "an essential component of Launch+, containing 10 percent P as phosphite", and describes the product as specially formulated for the start of the growing season, lawns under repair from stress or injury and establishing a new lawn. The directions read "Apply to foliage at recommended rate for all grass types, ideal for seed establishment and turf repair". The listing text we saved gives no full NPK panel and no numeric application rate, so read the pack for the rate before you apply.

The description also explains the phosphorus source. The description adds that it contains Nitrogen for leaf growth and colour, Phosphorus for strong root growth and Potassium for strength and to aid in resistance to stress and fungus disease. The ingredients line lists Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium, and the text we saved gives no percentages, so read the pack for the NPK numbers.

The bullets add that it "Adds long life humus build up to the soil, encouraging healthy microbial and earthworm activity". The title says 2.5 kg (Pack of 2) and the product information table lists 5 Kilograms, which is the same total, and the bullets note that the information below applies to one pack only.

Because the listing names flowers, veggies, fruit, lawns, shrubs and trees, this is a whole garden feed, which is why it sits here as an also great choice rather than a lawn only one. The directions read "Use as a composted plant food, following the manufacturer's instructions on the pack, which include wearing a mask and gloves".

Three details set it apart from the lawn cards. It is the only card that could be bought whose listing gives a full analysis, NPK: 3.25 : 2 : 1.7. Those are the maker's claims in its own words, and the listing text we saved gives no nitrogen percentage, so read the pack for the analysis.

Could not be bought on 20 October 2026: Amazon Australia showed this twin pack as temporarily out of stock, so we do not recommend it as a current pick. Its listing is rated 4.5 from 41 ratings and is for Brunnings Green Up Lawn Food sold as 5 kg (Pack of 2).

The bullets say "A blended formulation to encourage greening and overall healthy lawn growth", "Greens in days, works for months", "Contains phosphorus for strong root growth", "Suitable for all grass types" and "Ideal for buffalo and kikuyu lawns". The directions read "Apply granules to lawn, greens in days, works for months. Reapply as needed for maintenance."

The product information table lists 10 Kilograms, which matches two 5 kg bags, and also lists 10 Litres, so we use the kilogram figure only. The 2.5 kg Brunnings Green Up bag above is the card from the same range that could be bought.

The bullets say "Dual action slow release for up to 16 weeks", "Used by professional turf curators", "Controlled release potassium 150 SGN granule size prill" and "Ideal for the home lawn enthusiast". Those are the maker's claims in its own words, and we do not repeat them as fact.

The listing text we saved names no grass types, gives no NPK panel and gives no application rate. It is the only listing here that states slow release.

Flaws but not dealbreakers

The main flaw is that it could not be bought on 20 October 2026. The title gives no pack size, but the product information gives the included component as 1 x Lawnporn Four Seasons Slow Release Granular Fertiliser 4 kg and an item weight of 4000 Grams, so the pack is 4 kg. Check five things on the pack: the NPK numbers, whether it is granules or a leaf feed, the rate per square metre, your grass type and the timing. The listings word the nutrient claims differently: the Charger bullets list a dual nitrogen source.

The Brunnings Green Up bullets say it contains phosphorus for strong root growth, and the Searles description gives an NPK of 3.25 : 2 : 1.7.

The four cards that could be bought show why the pack is the last check.
